Noatak Utilities charges $138 per month for water and sewer services, however, businesses are charged at a different rate.

We also accept debit card payments in the office, we do not accept over the phone payments or credit card payments.

The Noatak IRA Council has voted to join the Borough led program, CUAP (Community Utility Assistance Program).

By joining CUAP, our utility rate will drop by 66%, totaling to $46.92 per month. Business rates will be determined when the switchover is complete.

The Noatak IRA Council will make a selection at their next meeting, November 11, 2025.

The Noatak IRA has been working to improve the Utilities department. Each month, there will be disconnection letters sent out in the mail.

Those who are two (2) months behind on their bill, will be disconnected. To avoid disconnection, please go make a payment plan at the utility office. Payment plans start at $207/month
